The foreign trade turnover of the Krasnodar Region increased by 27% for the first half of 2021 compared to the same period in 2020 and amounted to $6.11 billion. It is reported by Krasnodarstat.
Products for $2.99 billion were exported to non-CIS countries, which is 30.6% more than in the previous year. Products for $241.6 million were exported to non-CIS countries, which is a decrease of 17.4% compared to the same period in 2020. Imports from non-CIS countries during the reporting period increased by 30.3%, to $2.57 billion, and those from CIS countries increased by 20.5%, to $306.1 million.
45% of the export structure accounts for food products and agricultural raw materials, 26% on mineral products, and 16.6% on metals and metal products. In the structure of imports, food products and agricultural raw materials account for 55%, and machinery, equipment, and vehicles account for 23.3%.
