Kuban entrepreneurs participate in two international exhibitions

Events are underway in Turkey and Kazakhstan until September 5. The Export Support Center organized the participation of 10 regional companies as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project.

Events like these play an important role in helping entrepreneurs widen their markets, boost the regions reputation as a trustworthy exporter, and contribute to the economic growth of the Krasnodar region,» said Vasily Vorobyev, Head of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity of the Krasnodar Region.

The World Food Istanbul international exhibition of food products and processing technologies is taking place in Istanbul. Four Kuban companies are presenting agricultural products, confectionery, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition at a regional stand. Another Kuban company producing corn oil, having won the regional Exporter of the Year competition, showcases its products at an individual stand.

By the end of 2024, Turkey ranked as the top export partner country for the Krasnodar region. In the first half of 2025, exports from the region to Turkey more than doubled compared to the same period last year.

In Almaty, the KazBuild construction and interior exhibition is in progress. This is the largest construction forum in Central Asia, annually attracting business representatives from the CIS and abroad. Manufacturers of paints and coatings, construction equipment, modular chimneys, plumbing, and innovative automated window washing devices are featured.

Regional representatives traditionally hold business meetings at the international exhibitions wh ere local and foreign companies discuss plans for international cooperation. The business trips also include meetings with the leaders of trade missions, the Russian Export Center, and chambers of commerce in Turkey and Kazakhstan. The parties will discuss prospects for introducing Kuban products to target country markets.
