Krasnodar Region signs investment agreements worth nearly 250 billion rubles on second day of SPIEF 2025

Governor of Krasnodar Region, Veniamin Kondratyev, reported on the ongoing work of the Kuban delegation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025.

«Yesterday, we signed dozens of protocols and cooperation agreements worth nearly 250 billion rubles. We also held a series of strategic talks with leaders of public organizations and business circles from Russia and abroad. Investors are interested in Krasnodar Region and are ready to invest in the development and modernization of their companies,» Kondratyev said.

On SPIEF’s second day, the Krasnodar Region delegation, led by Governor Kondratyev, signed agreements covering a wide range of sectors. These include the construction of a hotel complex and sanatorium in Sochi, the establishment of a new tourism cluster spanning over 3,700 hectares in Gelendzhik city-resort, a comprehensive renovation of the resort infrastructure in Anapa Resort Town, modernization of the Afipsky oil refinery and transshipment facilities at the seaports of Novorossiysk and Taman, and the expansion of the Udarnaya thermal power plant in Krymsky district.

On the first day of SPIEF 2025, the Kuban delegation had already signed agreements totaling more than 58 billion rubles.
