Four industrial tours now available for visitors and residents in Krasnodar Region

Governor Veniamin Kondratyev spoke to journalists about a new regional initiative.

«Visitors and residents of Krasnodar Region can now take advantage of four industrial tourism routes. These include more than 20 manufacturing and food processing enterprises, machine-building companies, building material producers, and wineries. Over 90 companies also offer guided tours for students. Over the past two years, Krasnodar Region has become a center for industrial tourism in southern Russia. Today, our tours intersect with those of the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts, and we are developing them together with our neighbors, working in this new promising direction,» Kondratyev said. "

The four routes include «Wine roads of Krasnodar Region» and «Industrial kaleidoscope of the Black Sea coast,» which cover manufacturing plants and wineries. Two new routes launched in 2025 are «Building Power of Psebay», featuring producers of building materials from the region’s southeast, and «Industrial strength of the Russian South» in Krasnodar city, showcasing leading companies in machine-building and food production.

Krasnodar Region develops industrial tourism within the educational program of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). The region joined the project in 2023. Since then, representatives of 25 industrial and wine companies have completed training and received certification to operate in industrial tourism. The Industry Development Fund of the Krasnodar Region established a dedicated unit to develop this area. The regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which recently formed a committee on entrepreneurship in tourism, is responsible for coordination.

After two years in the ASI program, Krasnodar Region ranks among the top ten regions in Russia for industrial tourism development. The region has shown strong results promoting workforce and technological potential in Russian manufacturing, scaling a systematic approach to developing industrial tourism at the interregional level.
