Companies from the Krasnodar Region at China's largest trade fair

Ten Kuban companies are currently showcasing their products at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou. The event is scheduled to conclude on 4 November.

«China continues to be one of Kuban's primary international trade partners. In the first half of 2025, trade turnover with China increased twofold, and exports surged by more than four and a half times as compared to the previous year. This fact confirms the high level of interest in Kuban products and the effectiveness of the state’s support measures for exporters. The Krasnodar Region exports to China meat, grain and oil seeds, vegetables, sunflower and linseed oil, flour, and semi-finished meat products,» said Deputy Governor Alexander Ruppel.

The stand for Kuban companies was organised with the support of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity. The exhibition features ten companies showcasing a wide range of products: from agricultural crops, such as wheat, corn, and bran, to processed foods, including confectionery, culinary sauces, and alcoholic beverages.

On the first day of the fair, an agreement on the development of trade and economic cooperation between a Kuban producer of strong alcoholic drinks and a Chinese importer of food products was signed at the region's stand.

The Canton Fair is held in Guangzhou, China, several times a year. For entrepreneurs in the Kuban region, participation in the fair offers new opportunities to enter Asian markets and expand their supply geography.
